Siebenthal will have the new title of “past-president” and will continue serving the company and its clients in the role of principal and treasurer. Having served as president since 2010, Siebenthal shared the following comments during the firm's recent holiday party: “It has been an honor serving as this company’s president," Siebenthal said. "I am proud of our company and our employees and am looking forward to things to come as we continue with our leadership transition plan.”
Lambermont joined the Wessler team in 2006 as a project engineer after being interviewed by Siebenthal himself. Lambermont later took on leadership roles with his most recent position being executive vice president.
During the holiday celebration, Lambermont shared his thoughts on his promotion: “I appreciate the opportunity Brent gave me then and the one he is giving me now," Lambermont said. "Brent, thank you for your leadership, guidance and perspective. I am truly honored and humbled to accept this role at Wessler Engineering. I want to express my gratitude to Brent, Marty, the board of directors, and everyone who has supported me on this journey.”
