Dedon served the past 10 years in the nonprofit sector leading various organizations. Most recently, she was the Executive Director of Westfield Education Foundation. Prior to this, she served as Executive Director of Indy Women in Tech (IWiT), where she led the organization to change the face of women in tech throughout Indiana. She has guided notable development teams as Director of Development at Leadership Indianapolis, Conner Prairie, and Noble of Indiana. Prior to her non-profit career, she led teams in civil engineering working on statewide projects, and in the environmental testing field serving national accounts.
Dedon is an advocate for women to enter STEM careers and serves to inspire girls of all ages to engage in STEM education and opportunities. Throughout her career, Dedon has helped build and develop organizations through her strategic mindset and ability to deliver a path to grow and sustain organizations.
