Shiel Sexton continues to grow value in it's employee-owned company, accomplishing the firm's goals in the process. As an ESOP, Shiel Sexton prioritizes growth and advancement. In the past month, several employees have assumed new roles in the organization, which will position the company for continued and future successes.
Kevin Hunt has transitioned his chief operating officer duties, expanding his responsibilities in his role as Shiel Sexton President. This shift results in the following promotions:
- Chief Operating Officer (COO), Construction: Matt Barnes
As the leader of Shiel Sexton Construction, Barnes will have oversight responsibilities for all construction services ensuring quality, service, and delivery for Shiel Sexton’s customers and subcontractor partnerships.Chief Operating Officer (COO), Trades: Chuck ScholerScholer joined Shiel Sexton in 1989 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer Trades. With oversite of Shiel Sexton’s Trades, Scholer will provide focused strategic leadership to grow Shiel Sexton's trade offerings that partner with its Construction team as well as serving other customers. Scholer will also continue to serve as a leader on large construction projects.Executive Vice President, Operations: Frank DuckIn this role, Duck will lead Shiel Sexton’s internal efforts to continually improve processes and drive innovation to ensure excellence in delivery of projects for clients. He will also continue to partner with clients on large construction projects.Shiel Sexton also recognizes the many contributions of additional team members with the following promotions:
- Vice President, Field Operations: Tony Eisenhut
As Vice President of Field Operations, Eisenhut will call upon his years of experience to lead Shiel Sexton’s superintendent team. Eisenhut will work to ensure strong integration with Shiel Sexton's project and safety teams as well as building strong subcontractor and client relationships.Vice President Operations: Brad Magee, Joe Shanahan, and John GreenAs Vice Presidents, Magee, Shanahan, and Green will serve as operational leaders serving Shiel Sexton and clients of Shiel Sexton Construction.Project Executive: Brian Rooksberry and Ryan SermersheimIn their Project Executive roles, Rooksberry and Sermersheim will continue to build their teams and execute Shiel Sexton clients’ projects.
