LOS ANGELES, CA — STV announces that David Chung has joined the firm as Vice President and Health Care Project Executive within its program management and construction management (PM/CM) operating group.
Chung will provide executive oversight for complex health care projects, helping ensure they are delivered on time and on budget. He will support health care clients across STV’s West region, where health care systems are advancing major capital programs as part of broader nationwide investment activity, including at least 15 U.S. hospital projects worth $1 billion or more currently in planning or development. Chung will also support client engagement and business development initiatives for STV’s health care PM/CM operating group.
Chung brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across health care planning, design, construction, and facilities management. He has led large-scale acute care hospitals, ambulatory campuses, and multi-campus health care programs for public, private, nonprofit, and academic health care systems nationwide.

Chung holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
