In this role, Bettmann will focus on the delivery of data services and solutions to HNTB’s clients across the firm's markets and professional services. This will include leading a focused team around analytics and data science services and solutions.
Prior to joining HNTB, he served as a Senior Vice President of Client Solutions with a data analytics firm where he designed and oversaw the implementation of data-driven solutions for clients to acquire, grow, and retain customers. He also started and led the firm’s toll team through rapid growth in providing customer insights, analysis, data integration, and demographic and behavioral attributes of tolling customers to over 15 tolling authorities. Some of his clients have included the North Texas Tollway Authority, Pennsylvania Turnpike, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Toll Relief program.
Bettmann holds a Master of Science in economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in economics from Minnesota State University - Moorhead. He also is a graduate of the International Bridge, Tunnel, and Turnpike Association’s Leadership Academy.
