Evans brings more than 30 years of experience developing and executing strategic growth initiatives, while maintaining focus on client needs and employee engagement. His diverse background includes both transportation leadership and technical positions as well as extensive experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and financial management. He also has worked successfully across many key markets with many of HNTB’s largest clients.
Prior to HNTB, Evans served as the Chief Operating Officer for another consulting firm, where he collaborated closely with senior leadership to define long-term objectives, devise expansion strategies, and refine operational policies.
