CHICAGO, IL — Kate Weber, SPHR, joins HNTB Corporation as Associate Vice President and Human Resources Director, supporting offices in West and Central regions, as well as the firm’s enterprise operations unit. She provides leadership in all areas of human resources, including talent acquisition and management, employee relations, benefits, compensation and data analytics.

She is based in the firm’s Chicago, Illinois, office.

Prior to joining HNTB, Weber served as a Human Resource Managing Director for United Airlines.

Weber has more than 20 years of human resources experience and holds a juris doctor from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
