Smith most recently served as Managing Partner of Maverick Environmental Equipment, a company he has been growing over the last 10 years. Under his leadership, Maverick has become a provider of environmental and recycling equipment solutions that has been recognized for its equipment and customer support.

Throughout his decades-long career, Smith has demonstrated exceptional leadership in sales, consistently achieving targets while also mentoring members of his team. He is dedicated to creating high-performance solutions that benefit dealers and producers across the forestry, crushing and screening, and recycling sectors.
