“I am honored and excited for this opportunity to teach and grow Superior leaders while continuing to foster our core values,” Carlson said.
Carlson has devoted 26 years to Superior and is a second-generation employee. He joined the team in 1996 as a Carpenter Apprentice. He has climbed through the ranks, leading projects that received both national and regional high distinctions. Carlson recently worked as the General Structures Superintendent for the four-phased I-65/I-70 North Split reconstruction project in Indianapolis, Indiana.
“Jeff is one of the best superintendents I’ve worked with in my career at Superior. He constantly steps up to take on the many challenges of our most complex projects, for our multiple clients in various disciplines of construction,” said Dan Sopczak, President of Superior Construction Midwest. “Jeff's strong work ethic and dedication has allowed him to advance in his career at Superior Construction and I congratulate him on this milestone.”
