INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Superior Construction, an American family-owned infrastructure contractor, announces the promotion of long-time employee Jeff Carlson to Director of Construction Services. In the newly created role at Superior, Carlson will manage labor relations, collective bargaining negotiations, man-hour allocations, and workforce development across the Midwest region.

“I am honored and excited for this opportunity to teach and grow Superior leaders while continuing to foster our core values,” Carlson said.

Carlson has devoted 26 years to Superior and is a second-generation employee. He joined the team in 1996 as a Carpenter Apprentice. He has climbed through the ranks, leading projects that received both national and regional high distinctions. Carlson recently worked as the General Structures Superintendent for the four-phased I-65/I-70 North Split reconstruction project in Indianapolis, Indiana.
