CINCINNATI, OH — Skanska announces the topping out of the new office building on the Medpace campus in the Madisonville community of Cincinnati, Ohio. This milestone marks the completion of structural steel for the new nine-story, 562,000-square-foot facility, highlighting steady progress toward delivery. The project team and trade partners gathered to sign the final beam and then watch it set into place, along with Medpace representatives.

The project is part of an ongoing multi‑year campus expansion and continues the long‑standing partnership between Skanska and Medpace, a global clinical research organization headquartered in Cincinnati.
The building features a six‑story office tower built atop a three‑floor parking garage and conference center, which will allow Medpace to provide modern, collaborative workspaces for its growing workforce. Construction began in February 2024, and the project remains on track for completion in March 2027.
Building 300 marks Skanska's 10th project with Medpace since the start of their partnership in 2016. Other major developments across the nearly 30-acre campus, called Madison Square, include office buildings, Element Eatery Food Hall, and the Summit Hotel. Skanska most recently completed a new clinical pharmacology unit on the campus in May 2025.
