Braughton will be responsible for leading smart infrastructure projects, especially those involving electric vehicle charging infrastructure. He will deliver projects for clients across HNTB’s Great Lakes Division and support HNTB teams nationwide.
Prior to joining HNTB, Braughton oversaw the Smart Columbus Electrification Program and other major downtown roadway and freeway projects for the city.

Braughton received his Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology from Franklin University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Ohio.
