In this role, he will support clients in the Southeast and across the country with maximizing and advancing their freight and logistics infrastructure programs. McCrary’s expertise includes transportation technology, intermodal rail, terminal site selection, freight brokerage, asset management, and rail, port, and truckload carrier operations. “Parker brings a level of understanding and experience in the multimodal freight transportation and infrastructure market that is unmatched,” said Paula Dowell, HNTB’s National Practice Consultant for integrated planning. “His ability to develop and implement data-driven technology solutions that drive program and operations efficiency are game-changers for the industry and our clients.”

Before joining HNTB, McCrary worked for numerous private sector firms developing carrier supply chain solutions that leveraged technology to modernize and advance freight transportation programs and procedures.
