TAMPA, FL — PCL Civil Constructors, Inc. announces the promotion of Ray Torrejon to District Manager, overseeing water infrastructure operations across the eastern United States. Based in Tampa, Florida, Torrejon will guide the continued expansion of PCL’s water sector.
Torrejon's decade-long tenure at PCL includes managing water infrastructure projects totaling over half a billion dollars nationwide. He is active in several industry organizations including the National Rural Water Association, American Water Works Association, and Design-Build Institute of America.
Jim Holtje, Manager of Civil Transportation, will oversee the transportation infrastructure sector. With his relationships, particularly with repeat client CSX Transportation, Holtje will enhance project delivery and pursue new opportunities.
