ATLANTA, GA — FlatironDragados officially opened its new corporate headquarters in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. The headquarters places the company in the heart of one of the nation's most dynamic business regions and reinforces its long-term commitment to Georgia and the broader Southeast.
Built on the successful integration of Flatiron Construction and Dragados North America, FlatironDragados delivers some of the continent's most complex infrastructure projects. Part of ACS Group, the company operates across the United States and Canada through FlatironDragados USA, FlatironDragados Canada, and its subsidiary companies — Prince, Pulice, SPC, and J.F. White. FlatironDragados teams combine local market knowledge with the capabilities and resources of a North American and global infrastructure organization.
“FlatironDragados has tremendous people, tremendous capabilities, and tremendous opportunities ahead,” said Peter Davoren, Chairman of the FlatironDragados Board of Directors. “What excites me most is what we can accomplish for each other, for our clients and partners, and for the communities we serve when we come together.”
"Establishing our headquarters in Metro Atlanta reflects the strategic importance of this region and our ambition for the future as we deliver infrastructure that shapes communities and economies across North America,” said Javier Sevilla, Chief Executive Officer of FlatironDragados. "More than an office, our headquarters is a place where our teams, clients, and partners can come together to collaborate, solve complex challenges, and strengthen relationships.”
The grand-opening celebration brought together clients, public officials, industry partners, community leaders, and employees from across North America. Featured speakers included Meg Pirkle, Chief Engineer of the Georgia Department of Transportation; John Park, Mayor of Brookhaven; representatives from Dawson County High School Amy Smith and Thad Hulsey; and FlatironDragados leaders Sevilla, Richard Grabinski, Mirsad Hairlahovic, Dale Nelson, and Stephanie Hun.

To commemorate the headquarters opening and translate the milestone into a lasting community investment, FlatironDragados donated two specialized equipment machinery simulators to Dawson County High School for use in its Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education program. The simulators will give students hands-on experience with technology used in modern construction and help them build practical skills while exploring careers in equipment operations, skilled trades, engineering, project management, and heavy civil construction.
