ATLANTA, GA — Swinerton Builders (Swinerton), a commercial general contractor with offices nationwide, is poised and ready for continued growth throughout the East Coast, bolstered by promotions in the Atlanta, Georgia, division. Swinerton expects construction projects along the East Coast will generate nearly $450 million of revenue in 2025, driving revenue growth for the firm’s regional divisions.

In the Atlanta division, Mark Bommarito transfers from California as the Atlanta division’s General Superintendent, succeeding Bill Montgomery, who is retiring after 26 years of service. Since the early 2000s, Bommarito has been involved in $460 million of construction projects for Swinerton. Promoted to General Superintendent of Self-Perform, Glenn Agan continues his four decades of construction experience, providing critical strengthening of the firm’s self-perform capabilities. Another Swinerton veteran, Pamela Chapman is promoted to Division Administrative Manager. Two additional Atlanta professionals are also promoted:
- Roya Vermillion, a 15-year industry veteran, is named Director of Preconstruction, leading a team of professionals that harnesses Swinerton’s network of trade professionals.
- Parker Schoening, a 14-year industry veteran, is appointed Operations Manager, ensuring successful operations across all teams and prioritizing the client experience.
