ISELIN, NJ — PREMIER Design + Build Group announces the appointment of William Rosa as Vice President of Construction - Eastern Region. With more than 20 years of hands-on construction and field leadership experience, Rosa will oversee project management operations throughout the Eastern Region.

Rosa’s background spans estimating, preconstruction, project management, and field oversight, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from concept to completion. He is skilled at navigating local market conditions, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and delivering solutions to project challenges.
