PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL — Turner Construction Company celebrated a major construction milestone on the Universal Health Services Alan B. Miller Medical Center project in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The team held a topping out ceremony to mark the end of vertical construction. The project will increase health care access in the area with the addition of a new hospital.

This project will add a 432,000-square-foot hospital with two podium levels and five patient floors. Each floor will house five distinct patient units, accommodating 30 beds each. The facility will include 150 private patient rooms, a separate future medical office building, and a helistop to expedite emergency care. Departments and support services include admissions, administration, food services, surgical services, imaging, emergency department, central plant, and other ancillary support spaces.
