MOBILE, AL — HDR announces Scott Todd to HDR’s water practice as Client Development Leader for Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. In his new position, Todd will work with other teams at HDR to drive the growth of the business and implement strategic initiatives. He is based in the Mobile, Alabama, office. 
Todd comes to HDR from Jacobs Engineering, Inc., where he was Geographic Sales Leader. 
A registered Professional Engineer, Todd has nearly 25 years of engineering consulting experience, encompassing all phases of business development. He has a track record for leading high-performance client management teams across the southeastern United States.
He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in civil engineering, both from Auburn University in Alabama. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
