“Sandra’s leadership and industry experience is a perfect fit for our growing Construction Engineering and Inspection practice in Florida,” said Matthew Price, PE, HNTB’s Construction Services Office Leader and Vice President in Florida. “Having performed CEI services in all phases of construction, Sandra brings a holistic viewpoint on all facets of the construction practice.”
Prior to joining HNTB, Bucklew worked at another infrastructure consulting firm and before that, served as a Project Manager and Consultant CEI Administrator at the Florida Department of Transportation, where she oversaw CEI consultants and provided CEI services for the inspection of highway and bridge construction.
Bucklew holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Florida State University and holds a Professional Engineering license in Florida, Illinois, and Indiana. She is a member of the Florida Engineering Society and serves on the College of Engineering, Civil Engineering Advisory Board at her alma mater. Bucklew also sits on several committees within the Florida chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies.
