MIAMI, FL — STV, a professional services firm that plans, designs, and manages infrastructure projects across North America, announces Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise selected the firm as general engineering management consultant (GEMC) for its Construction and Materials Program. In this role, STV will help ensure the successful delivery of the agency’s capital program by overseeing the construction of new roads, bridges, and other infrastructure along Florida’s Turnpike.
As GEMC, STV will provide a broad range of construction and materials engineering, program management, and administrative services to support the delivery of transportation infrastructure. Work may include, but is not limited to, overseeing project controls, integrating advanced technologies, supporting workforce development, streamlining program management processes, and strengthening construction oversight across the agency’s multi-billion-dollar portfolio of projects.
