NASHVILLE, TN — MYCON General Contractors, Inc. (MYCON) has added Director of Preconstruction Josh Yoder to its team in Nashville, Tennessee. In his new role, Yoder will leverage his vast experience, creative approach, and MYCON’s preconstruction team to guide projects in the industrial, manufacturing, and retail sectors and beyond, from preconstruction through completion.

As Director of Preconstruction, Yoder will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting MYCON’s growth initiatives. His leadership will be integral to MYCON's ability to deliver value-driven results for clients in both existing and new markets. He will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project transitions from concept to construction, driving efficiency, cost management, and innovation across all phases of the process.
