Lory Joins HNTB’s Lake Mary Office as Florida Client Service Leader
Lory has nearly 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, including design and program and project management. She has expertise working with alternative delivery methods such as design-build and public-private partnerships.

Prior to joining HNTB, Lory served as Operations Leader and Vice President for another consulting firm.
Throughout her career, Lory has worked extensively with Florida Department of Transportation and Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise on projects and initiatives throughout the state, including the I-4 Ultimate public-private partnership; Turnpike widening from I-4 to SR 50 in Central Florida; Veterans Expressway widening and all-electronic tolling conversion in West Florida, among others.
Lory earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa, a Master of Science in civil engineering from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Technology in civil engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Calicut, India.
HNTB has involvement with engineering and architecture projects in the state, including Orlando International Airport South Terminal C, Camping World Stadium renovations, Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority Connected Vehicle Pilot, I-595 Express Lanes, Miami Intermodal Center, Virgin Trains passenger rail extension from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale and more.
