With Garver, Kagler joins a rapidly growing Florida Aviation Team committed to helping airports across the northeast part of the state improve vital infrastructure that will enable them to be as sustainable as possible and to meet the demands of increasing enplanements. He will be based in Garver’s new Jacksonville, Florida, office, which joins offices in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Tampa to increase Garver’s Florida footprint.
“This is a great opportunity to be a part of a good thing. I’m inspired by what John and Matt are doing here in Florida with Garver, and I’m excited to contribute to the growth,” said Kagler, whose range of experience and expertise covers airport planning with electrical forecasting, as well as project management for various types of airport facilities projects and aviation consulting contract leadership.
In addition to partnering with airports in Northeast Florida, Kagler will be working with Garver’s Electrical Resiliency and Illumination Team to help deliver designs and long-term maintenance solutions on a variety of electrical projects. “Garver’s got a deep bench of electrical PEs,” Kagler said, “and I’m excited to collaborate with them on planning for increasing electrical needs.”
“Terry brings a nuanced understanding of Florida airports and client needs along with significant experience and expertise,” Carrigan said. “We’re thrilled to have him on board and to be able to offer our clients even more when it comes to electrical resiliency and sustainability.”
