Previously Senior Director of Barton Malow’s Chicago office, Arndt is now responsible for leading all operations in the Tampa Bay region. This includes fostering healthy working relationships among team members, clients, and subcontractors; and overseeing resource management, schedule and budget control, and client satisfaction for all projects delivered by local personnel.

Arndt holds a Bachelor of Science in construction engineering and a Master of Science in civil engineering from Bradley University in Illinois. He is also a member of the Design-Build Institute of America, American College of Healthcare Executives, and American Society of Healthcare Executives.
