BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI — Each year, the Barton Malow Foundation holds a golf fundraiser in Michigan to support the communities that the company's people and projects impact.
The 10th annual Michigan Building Communities Golf Classic raised over $260,000. Held at Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, the event welcomed a total of 180 golfers representing 28 sponsoring companies. Major benefactors of the event included the Judson Center and Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation (DESC).
The Judson Center is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year and provides services for over 12,000 children, adults, and families each year through its innovative programs.
DESC is a nonprofit organization created to carry out the Detroit workforce area’s strategic plan, goals, and objectives. It provides job placement, search training, career advisement, and other supportive services to tens of thousands of Detroiters every year.
Barton Malow provides construction management, design-build, program management, general contracting, technology, and equipment installation services across North America. The company works in a wide range of diverse markets, including automotive, power, energy, industrial, infrastructure, health care, commercial, K-12, higher education, mission critical, sports, and entertainment.
