NOVI, MI — At the 140th Annual Meeting of the Construction Association of Michigan (CAM), held at the Vibe Credit Union Showplace (formerly the Suburban Collection Showplace) in Novi, Michigan, the association's new Officers and Directors who will serve on the 2026 Board of Directors were installed.
CAM's new Chairman of the Board for 2026 is Michael P. Joseph, Principal and Executive Vice President at DeMaria, Novi, Michigan.
Each year, three Directors retire from CAM's 12-member board and three new Directors are elected by the CAM membership.
The newly elected Directors for 2026 are: Heather J. Obrecht-White, Senior Vice President at Auger Klein Aller Architects, Rochester, Michigan; Brian G. Parvin, Vice President of Custom Architectural Sheet Metal Specialists Inc., Detroit, Michigan; and Ross B. Winiemko, Project Manager at Curtis Glass Company, Troy, Michigan.
Newly promoted to CAM Vice Chairmen roles are: Timothy C. Baker, Baker Construction, and Patrick V. Bell, Ideal Contracting. CAM's incoming Treasurer is Nicole M. Csont-Schram, Blaze Contracting.

Other current members of the CAM Board of Directors are: Jelane M. Cashero-Raycraft, Grunwell-Cashero Company; Elmer H. Dixon, Dixon Inc.; Randal B. Pagel, Bumler Mechanical; Tom G. Thompson, R.S. Dale Co. Inc.; and Milford E. “Ted” Woodbeck, Overhead Conveyor Company.
CAM is the oldest and largest regional construction association in the United States. Founded in 1885, CAM is a not-for-profit organization based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, consisting of over 1,700 member companies, including general contractors, subcontractors, equipment and material suppliers, architects, engineers, and service firms.
