The 12 finalists will advance as contenders for CAM’s Project of the Year, which will be announced at the 2027 Great Lakes Design & Construction EXPO/CAM Annual Meeting on February 10.

Special Recognition of Community Impact

In addition to the 12 Project Achievement Awards finalists, CAM has selected the Detroit Zoo Erb Discovery Trails project to receive a Special Recognition of Community Impact award, with Higley Construction serving as construction manager and G.H. Forbes Associates Architects as architect. The award recognizes a project for its contribution to the community and the lasting value it provides to the people and places it serves.
