Prior to joining HNTB, Webb was with the Michigan Department of Transportation for 34 years, most recently as Director of the metro region where she oversaw day-to-day operations of the transportation system within Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. In this role, she was responsible for design, construction, planning, operations, ITS, and strategic direction.

Webb is active in the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials, currently serving as the Michigan chapter President and Scholarship Committee Chair and is a Board Director of Women’s Transportation Seminar. She is also a board member of the Lawrence Tech University Civil Engineering Advisory Board, Wayne State University Civil Engineering and Environmental Advisory Board, Governor’s Traffic and Safety Council, Oshtemo Township Planning Board, and Detroit Greenway Coalition.

Webb holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Valparaiso University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan.
