BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI — The Construction Association of Michigan (CAM) recently inducted a new Chair and three new members to its Board of Directors. At its 137th Annual Meeting, held at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan, the association's new officers and directors who will serve on the 2023 Board of Directors were installed.

CAM's new 2023 Chair is Tricia S. Ruby, President and CEO, Ruby + Associates, Bingham Farms.

Each year, three Directors retire from CAM's 12-member board and three new Directors are elected by the CAM Membership.

The newly elected Directors for 2023 are: Timothy C. “TC” Baker, President, Baker Construction; Patrick V. Bell, Director of Steel Operations, Ideal Contracting; and Michael P. Joseph, Principal/Vice President of Estimating & Pre-Construction, DeMaria.

Newly promoted to CAM Vice Chairmen are Matthew D. Cramer, Dee Cramer, and Frank G. Jonna, Jonna Companies. CAM's incoming Treasurer is Todd A. Moilanen, Clovequip Properties. Other current members of the CAM Board of Directors are: Susan “Chrissy” Brown, International Building Products; Gerald C. Caratelli, Architectural Building Components, Inc.; Teresa K. Miller, Plante Moran Cresa; Jason R. Rewold, Frank Rewold & Sons; and Kelvin B. Squires, Center Line Electric, Inc.

The Construction Association of Michigan is the oldest and largest regional construction association in the United States. Founded in 1885, CAM is a not-for-profit organization based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, consisting of over 1,800 member companies, including general contractors, subcontractors, equipment and material suppliers, architects, engineers, and service firms.

CAM provides a vast resource of services, information, and training to its members within Michigan’s construction industry. The association promotes and supports the industry through business networking, ongoing legislative relations, professional development, and public awareness efforts. CAM offers workers’ compensation insurance, employee health insurance, and access to a credit union, all specializing in construction-based businesses. CAM is governed by a 12-member Board of Directors, elected by the membership.
