Stephanie Corona is embarking on a new role as a Senior Business Development Manager focused on growth in the region’s key markets, including commercial, K-12, higher education, life sciences, and health care. Harold Clay has transitioned into a Senior Economic Inclusion Specialist role, where he will build relationships throughout the local community to achieve company and supplier diversity goals.

With over 33 years of industry experience, Corona brings diverse skills that contribute to and add value to Gilbane’s clients in Michigan. Her background in preconstruction and operations has enabled her to have a strong command of design and construction processes. This experience will enhance her ability to forge and nurture client partnerships. Corona currently serves on the education committee for the Associated General Contractors of Michigan and was a former board member for Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority’s National Foundation. She also actively engages in organizations such as Commercial Real Estate Women Detroit and the National Association of Black Women in Construction.

With more than 24 years of experience in Michigan, Clay brings a combination of local ties and industry relationships. He is currently an executive coach for the National Minority Supplier Development Council and has served in leadership roles for numerous industry organizations, including the Michigan Minority Contractors Association, Associated General Contractors of Michigan, Detroit Area Construction Association, Winning Futures Mentor Program, and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
