DETROIT, MI — Rockford appoints Tim Bryan as Vice President and lead in the company’s office in Detroit, Michigan, expanding its presence across Southeast Michigan. With more than 25 years of experience in construction management within the Detroit region, Bryan brings industry expertise, trade relationships, and the ability to lead complex projects across multiple sectors.
Rockford has been a key player in shaping Detroit’s skyline. Bryan’s leadership will support Rockford’s current projects — including 2529 Orleans at Eastern Market, iHeart Media, Detroit Public Schools, and Oak Park Schools — while aligning Rockford’s services and approach with health care, education, and industrial clients in the region.
“Detroit’s growth extends far beyond downtown, and so does Rockford’s vision,” said Shane Napper, CEO of Rockford. “Tim brings the leadership, expertise, and passion needed to strengthen our impact — collaborating with businesses, municipalities, and community stakeholders to build places where people want to work, live, and invest.”
Bryan joins Rockford with a track record in construction leadership, having managed major commercial, mixed-use, and industrial projects throughout Michigan. His expertise in adaptive reuse, public-private partnerships, and infrastructure development aligns with Rockford’s commitment to creating spaces that fuel economic momentum and business growth.
“Our state continues to grow and evolve, and our team is well-positioned to support our clients’ growth,” Bryan said. “Rockford has a unique approach — one that blends grit, precision, and trust to deliver spaces that matter. I’m excited to lead our team in expanding Rockford’s presence across Southeast Michigan.”
