Kilboy has over 30 years of experience in construction. He has led high profile projects in health care, government, higher education, commercial offices, and historical restoration. He is a graduate of Purdue University in Construction Engineering and Management and is certified as LEED Green Associate, Professional Constructor, and Construction Quality Management with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
