As the Central Region Director, Holland will be responsible for leading the region’s operations, which include highway and airport maintenance and operations, construction, preconstruction, materials, traffic and safety, and right-of-way. He will also work closely with other state and federal agencies, local governments, stakeholders, and the public to deliver transportation services to the region.

Holland has over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering and construction industry developing projects from the planning level through design. He has previously worked in both the public and private sectors, and he has a background on alternative delivery methods, cost estimating, and budgeting. He is a registered Professional Engineer.
