Ringer brings 15 years of experience delivering more than $2.6 billion in heavy civil transportation projects across the country, serving in roles as Owner, Consultant, and Contractor within the industry. He has a focused proficiency in technical bridge construction including segmental bridges, incrementally launched bridges, lateral slides, and arctic construction. His experience spans an array of traditional and alternative project delivery methods including design-bid-build, CMGC, P3, design-build, and GC/CM.
Prior to joining RS&H, Ringer served as Construction Manager for The Walsh Group, where he spent the last five years leading teams to successfully grow their presence in the Pacific Northwest and increasing their local service capabilities to include transit, highway, structural, bus-rapid transit, and technical bridge project sectors. Ringer’s regional project experience with clients such as City of Seattle, Sound Transit, and King County spans the infrastructure spectrum from the $100-million SCL Denny Substation project to the recently opened GC/CM U-District Light Rail Station.
