Browne has over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, including time as an Account Manager for a mortgage company and Senior Solutions Advisor for a real estate investment group. Browne holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Villanova University. She also attended the Arizona School of Real Estate where she received her Arizona Real Estate License.
Sundt Construction also recently hired Project Manager Amy Cotner to join its Building Group in Tucson, Arizona.
“Amy brings over 25 years of industry expertise to our team,” Senior Project Manager Tom Bersbach said. “Her project experience includes over 18 years building many of Tucson’s iconic landmarks.”

Cotner is a designated design-build professional by the Design-Build Institute of America and has experience managing diverse types of projects. Her experience includes projects for the City of Tucson’s Reid Park Zoo, Tucson Botanical Gardens, and for the Omni Tucson National Resort. She also has extensive experience in managing student housing projects and educational facilities on The University of Arizona campus.
Sundt has been building critical infrastructure across Arizona for more than 90 years. Headquartered in Tempe, the company recently completed the Gila River Hotels & Casinos - Wild Horse Pass and is currently working on the Gilbert North Water Treatment Plant and semiconductor, data centers, and manufacturing projects across the Valley. Sundt opened its Tucson office in 1929. In the decades since, it has built notable landmarks across the Old Pueblo, including the recent completion of the Student Success District and the Chemistry Building renovations and additions at The University of Arizona.
