Prior to joining HNTB, Collins was with another architecture firm as Southwest Regional Practice Area Leader and Development Director - Sports. He earned a Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University. He is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects, serves as a member of the communications advisory committee for AIA California, and is a committee member and two-time former chairperson of the AIA | LA Design Awards Committee. Collins also has been a board member with the Southern California Development Forum for the past seven years.
