Cummings is based in Reno, Nevada, and joined Parametrix in 2021 as a Senior Consultant with the firm’s Nevada Transportation Division. Prior to joining Parametrix, she was the Deputy Executive Director/Director of Planning at the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, where she oversaw the completion of the Virginia and Lincoln Line Bus Rapid Transit projects.
Parametrix’s transit practice provides planning, environmental, and design services for all types of public transit to support public agencies across the western United States.
