Trimble Dimensions, held November 10-12, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada, highlighted a range of innovative technologies, with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI). The event’s keynote session provided a look at the company’s vision for accelerating the development and expansion of agentic AI in engineering and construction workflows.

At the core of recent initiatives is Trimble's agentic AI platform, a collection of core services, security frameworks, and tools used by Trimble to build and deploy safe, scalable, and secure agentic AI systems.

The company said they designed their agentic AI platform to be open and extensible, with a vision to unlock industry-scale innovation by empowering partners and customers to create and deploy AI agents and multi-agent workflows across Trimble's suite of construction solutions. In service of this vision, Trimble is piloting the platform, Trimble Agent Studio, with select customers.

"As agentic AI use cases multiply, there is a growing need for common infrastructure that allows creators to rapidly and responsibly develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain high-value AI agents at scale," said Mark Schwartz, Trimble’s Senior Vice President of AECO Software. "We see the platform as the engine that will help Trimble, its partners, and its customers extract more value from both our solutions and their data."

Rob Painter, Trimble CEO, added, "Our Connect and Scale strategy has brought us to this point. We are building an industry ecosystem aimed at breaking down data silos and empowering our customers to make smarter decisions, collaborate effectively, and work faster."

Expanding Options

In addition to the keynote session, the event's 4,900 attendees were able to choose from nearly 600 sessions covering hands-on training and industry trends. In the Expo Hall, attendees could talk with Trimble experts and visit nearly 100 suppliers of complementary technologies.

Trimble also highlighted recent technology improvements and innovations, including:

  • The launch of Trimble Financials, a new job costing and financial management software designed specifically for small-business contractors. Users can quickly see whether projects and the overall business are profitable. Built-in AI capabilities also help answer basic financial questions rapidly and intuitively.
  • New features for Trimble WorksManager software, including design sharing capabilities that mark a step forward in the industry's adoption of the ISO 15143-4 work site data exchange standards. The enhancements enable mixed-technology job sites to operate using the same design files.
  • ProjectSight 360 Capture, a new functionality that provides comprehensive visibility into site progress through native integrations with 360-degree cameras, Trimble ProjectSight project management software, and the Trimble Connect collaboration platform. The new feature, coming in 2026, enables construction teams to conduct virtual job site walkthroughs, track progress, and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Expansion of Trimble Marketplace, the online catalog of over 100 pre-built and verified integrations, applications, and extensions.
