PHOENIX, AZ — Takeuchi-US names Erik Lisitza as its new West Region Business Manager. Lisitza is now responsible for all sales and business development efforts across Takeuchi’s West region, which includes Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. He will work closely with Takeuchi dealers to grow market share, drive retail sales, strengthen strategic partnerships, and deliver customer support.
A resident of Phoenix, Arizona, Lisitza brings extensive experience in territory development, dealer network growth, and sales team leadership across both undeveloped and established markets. He has led dealer sales staff through training, goal setting, and frontline support while driving market share through hands-on dealer engagement. His background combines customer-facing skills with operational and leadership training.
