MESA, AZ — MIG Real Estate and Alston Construction announce the groundbreaking ceremony for the Elliot Mesa Commerce Center, a new industrial project in Mesa, Arizona. The ceremony took place at the project site located at the Northeast Corner of Power Road and Elliot Road. Local officials, business leaders, and members of the community were in attendance to celebrate the milestone.

The industrial project will be a facility designed to meet the needs of businesses in the area. The site will offer four industrial buildings totaling over 450,000 square feet of space with high ceilings, loading docks, and security features. The project is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2024.
