Herrington previously served as a National Director of Water Construction and the Director of Projects, leading the Water Group’s project management team. As the Director of Projects, he identified new project management candidates, mentored teams, and developed a career track for project management staff. He was also responsible for successful completion and delivery of water and wastewater projects nationally. Serving as the National Director of Water Construction, Herrington was responsible for water construction projects.

Herrington received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and master’s degree in engineering management from Colorado School of Mines. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Florida State University. Herrington is a licensed Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional.
