DENVER, CO — Jeff D'Agosta joins Stanley Consultants as the firm’s Chief Legal Officer. He is responsible for corporate governance, risk management and compliance and will provide strategic and legal support to Stanley Consultants’ senior leadership team and board of directors. Founded in 1913, Stanley Consultants provides environmental, engineering and construction services worldwide.

D’Agosta brings more than 25 years of high-level legal and transaction experience to his new role. For the past several years D’Agosta has served as General Counsel for firms ranked among the 20 largest engineering firms in the country.
At Louis Berger Group he directed the firm’s legal functions in 55 countries around the world. At MWH Global he rose from Associate Corporate Counsel to General Counsel, directing the firm’s legal function while leading a staff of 40. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska.
