MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Kraus-Anderson (KA) adds management staff to augment the company’s facility sustainability, planning, and assessment units. KA hires Kevin Bright as Sustainability Manager, Scott Davidson as Strategic Facility Planner, Mauri Solomon as Facility Assessment Manager, and Max Stockbridge as Technology Services Product Manager. They will work in the company’s Minneapolis office.

As Sustainability Manager, Bright will play a pivotal role with KA construction projects to promote energy efficiency, building performance, and renewable energy project development. Bright comes to KA from Destination Medical Center’s Economic Development Agency and the City of Rochester, where he served as Sustainability and Housing Director. Bright received a Bachelor of Arts in environmental geology from Middlebury College in Stowe, Vermont, and a Master of Arts in energy and environmental analysis from Boston University.

As Strategic Facility Planner, Davidson will lead KA’s health care efforts in providing strategic facility planning for the company’s clients. He comes to KA with 30 years of creating healing spaces for health care organizations with architecture and design firms that include Perkins&Will, BWBR, and HGA, Inc. Davison received a Bachelor of Arts in architecture from Montana State University.

As Facility Assessment Manager, Solomon will work to ensure building efficiency and longevity, as well as identifying maintenance needs and upgrades, and safety concerns for optional functionality. She was previously the Facilities Manager at Medtronic and a Senior Corporate Facilities Manager for Shutterfly, Inc. Solomon received a Bachelor of Science in interior architecture and design from The Art Institutes International Minnesota, Minneapolis and a Master of Science in project management from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.

As Technology Services Product Manager, Stockbridge will work with KA’s cross-functional teams and clients to leverage the company’s client portal, which includes existing facilities analyses, preconstruction and construction plans and schematics, and a digital reference archive for building materials and manuals. Stockbridge previously held project management positions, including those at Possession Partner, GameStop, and Best Buy. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida Southern College and a Juris Doctorate from Texas Southern University.
