“I think it’s a great marriage,” Mishelow said. “Because I have always taken great pride in representing my organization.”
From the beginning of his tenure with Meyer Najem until now, Mishelow has ascended to the position of Chief Strategy Officer and has worked on a number of projects in the healthcare market and public sector. Recently, he helped Meyer Najem get selected as the construction manager for the City of Fishers to construct their new fire department headquarters which is nearing completion.
“I’m very fortunate to have been involved in several Hamilton County projects over the last 20 years,” Mishelow said. “I truly enjoy working with elected officials in the public sector.”
Mishelow also gives back to the community, and his philanthropic work around Hamilton County reflects his passion for giving. Aside from being a member of the Leadership team at Meyer Najem, Mishelow also serves as the President of the Carmel Police Merit Board, serves as the current Dean of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy, and is involved with the Hamilton County Humane Society. He also sits on the board for Riverview Health County Hospital, where he is a Trustee appointed by the Hamilton County Commissioners, as well as the OneZone Chamber Executive Committee. With several responsibilities outside the office, Mishelow said he appreciates Meyer Najem’s support in allowing him to pursue his community and client interests.

“I thank the organization for encouraging me and giving me the opportunity to do it,” Mishelow said.
Since 1999, Mishelow said he feels that his vision has aligned well with Meyer Najem’s commitment to serving their client as well as their community. He points to three key Meyer Najem attributes which explain his utmost appreciation for Meyer Najem: their corporate culture, their stellar reputation, and their commitment to philanthropy and giving back to the communities they serve.
“People want to work for companies that do the right thing,” Mishelow said. “I think the organization has valued what I’ve provided, and I’ve highly valued and respected what they’ve provided me over the last 20 years. I remain enthusiastic about the future, and look forward to serving Meyer Najem and the community for years to come.”
