Funston's role as Principal will include continued leading of the interior design group, driving arcDESIGN’s staff retentionandrecognition planning, as well as leading the facilities segment of the partnership. She is highly suited in these roles with her ability to relate well to staff and clients and her willingness to provide guidance to emerging designers at arcDESIGN.
Funston has over 16 years of professional experience and is serving in her 12th year with arcDESIGN. She recently completed her WELL AP (WELL Building Standard) certification, and is an active IIDA member. Her client list includes well-known healthcare and higher education groups, including: IU Health, Eskenazi Health, Fransiscan Health, Ascension Health, Community Health Network, Indiana University, Purdue University, Indiana State University, Ball State University, and DePauw University. Additionally, her clients include a large group of Corporate and Community-focused companies.
