DC worked with Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana to renovate Regina Hall, an existing academic building and residence hall on campus. The project’s main goals were to turn the education portion of the building into a world class, integrated health sciences building. Saint Mary’s wanted to develop a warm, friendly environment that was welcoming and reflective of the health profession environments that students would encounter upon graduation. The project includes nursing and pathology, as well as renovations of residence hall lounge spaces and new chapel spaces for program and resident uses.
DC extends its congratulations to Saint Mary’s College and the project team that worked with Design Collaborative, including Ziolkowski Construction, Inc., Engineering Resources, Inc., Bertsch Frank Associates, and RTM Consultants, Inc.
