EASTVALE, CA — Clark Construction joined Gensler, City of Eastvale officials, and Griffin Structures to celebrate the topping out of all three primary structures within Eastvale’s new 137,000-square-foot multi-building civic center. This milestone represents the completion of the highest structural points for the city hall, police station, and library — an achievement reached in just seven months since the project’s groundbreaking.
The rapid progress on this multi-building campus was made possible through close coordination among trade partners and construction crews. The structural framework for all three buildings was completed using exclusively American-made steel. The campus features a three-story city hall, a two-story library, and a two-story police station equipped with a level of secured below-grade parking.
With the buildings' skeletons now standing at full height, the focus shifts to delivering the civic asset for the Eastvale community. The project will provide more than just essential infrastructure; it will offer residents a new central gathering space featuring a public park, a community plaza, and an amphitheater. These modern facilities are designed to enhance local public services and provide amenities that will serve the community for decades to come.
The construction team is now focused on completing concrete deck pours in all the structures and beginning interior buildout, ahead of an anticipated 2028 opening.
