RENO, NV — Gilbane Building announces key leadership promotions within its Nevada operations, led by the appointment of Rich Arndt as Nevada Business Leader. In this role, Arndt will guide Gilbane’s continued work in the state, strengthen strategic client partnerships, and support project teams delivering complex projects throughout the region.
As Gilbane continues to grow its presence in Nevada, the company remains focused on delivering outcomes for clients across health care, higher education, public works, and commercial markets. Gilbane’s Nevada team is actively supporting projects and partnerships with organizations including Renown Health, the State of Nevada, and the University of Nevada, Reno, helping shape communities through construction solutions.

In addition to Arndt’s appointment, Gilbane announced several other strategic promotions across its Nevada team. Jarred Canepa-Rotoli has been promoted to Project Executive, where he will provide strategic leadership and oversight across major projects, driving performance, collaboration, and client satisfaction. Axel Loehden has been promoted to General Superintendent and will continue leading field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and operations. Gonzalo Arellano has been promoted to Project Manager, recognizing his growing leadership in project delivery and commitment to successful project outcomes.
