Power Equipment Announces Promotion of White to General Product Support Manager
“As Power Equipment continues to grow in the Middle Tennessee market, we feel it is important to continue to invest in our infrastructure around product support,” said Chris Gaylor, President of Power Equipment, “Our new facility increases our support capabilities exponentially. Wayne will bring additional leadership to this extremely important part of our business.”
The new 58,000-square-foot facility, which opened at the beginning of January, adds an additional 28,000 square feet to the current operations in Lavergne, making it the largest branch in Bramco’s multi-state footprint. In addition to having 20 service bays capable of handling the largest production equipment used by customers today, the new branch includes a training facility, significantly larger parts warehouse, GPS calibration and repair facilities, a new hammer pit for improved safety and increased rebuild ability, a clean room dedicated to the rebuild of drill drifters and hammers and a dedicated equipment demonstration area.
“Nashville and the surrounding areas continue to see enormous growth,” said Mike Luster, Vice President, Regional Sales Manager - Middle Tennessee. “To have the strategic focus and additional resources around the product support operations bring significant value to our customers. As we continue to increase our sales efforts, it is important to provide our customers with the superior support they deserve in order to get their work completed as efficiently as possible.”
White has been with Power Equipment Company for 18 years. He began his tenure as a Field Technician and moved to a Customer Service Manager position for Power’s steel mill business. For the last five years, Wayne has been managing the Power Equipment Customer Support Representatives throughout the state. Currently at the Knoxville location, White will be relocating to Nashville after the first of the year.
