MIAMI, FL — Skanska announces the promotion of Frank Longo, a 20-year company executive, to the role of Vice President - Account Manager in South Florida.
Building on his construction career that spans over four decades, Longo will continue to lead all projects he previously managed as Vice President - Project Executive. In his new role, he will also drive the growth of Skanska’s project pipeline and manage client relationships across the firm’s core markets of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, overseeing projects from preconstruction through construction. He will also play a role in managing Skanska’s active construction projects in the region on behalf of clients such as Jackson Health, Broward Health, and Florida International University.

Most recently, Longo served as Vice President - Project Executive for Skanska in the South Florida market, a role he held since 2020. Over his career, he has been involved in the construction of projects that span across health care, K-12 and higher education, hospitality, parks and public spaces, and cultural centers. Projects he has spearheaded at Skanska in recent years have included major additions and renovations at Jackson Health, the University of Miami’s Frost Institute for Chemistry and Molecular Science, and its Knight Center for Music Innovation.
